Operation 22
On his 22nd birthday, Jacob — co-founder of Aspect — is walking 22 hours straight with 22 kg on his back, from his front door in Ancaster to the base of the CN Tower. Every dollar raised feeds kids in Ontario.
Thousands of children in southern Ontario rely on school meal programs — and go home to nothing on weekends and through the summer. Food4Kids Hamilton packs and delivers food to these kids every week, funded entirely by donations.
August is their hardest stretch. School meal programs are gone, and the need doesn't take a holiday. That's why Jacob is walking.
Jacob steps off at midnight on August 5 and walks through the night, the day, and into the evening — roughly 83 km across three regions, finishing at the base of the CN Tower around 10 PM.
Weighted training rucks on the back roads and rail trails around Ancaster — building toward 83 km on August 5, with the Aspect truck never far behind.
